SoftPark Technologies accepts no liability for any unintentional

Information SoftPark Technologies gathers and tracks
SoftPark Technologies collects three kinds of information about users:
Data that users enter by signing up to receive newsletters and product
information,
Data that users enter by subscribing to our service,
Aggregated tracking data we collect when users interact with our site.
Log Files
We use IP addresses and domain names for reporting and site usage analysis and
to administer the site. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable

Terms of Use
By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using
eDigiCash service, you will not:
Sell spam or unsolicited commercial email services,
Sell software or other material protected by intellectual property laws
unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary
consents.
Sell software that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or
programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using the eDigiCash
Service.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses,
without their consent.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to undermine the security or integrity of, or gain unauthorized access to,
SoftPark Technologies' computing systems or networks.
If SoftPark Technologies becomes aware of a violation of the Terms
of Use, SoftPark Technologies will investigate and may, in its sole
discretion, terminate your access to the eDigiCash service at any
time without notice.
Service Agreement
SoftPark Technologies agrees to provide the
eDigiCash service ("Service") to the Customer.
"Customer" means the persons, entity or agents and authorized representatives subscribing
to this Service. By subscribing to and/or using this Service, the Customer accepts the terms
of this Agreement.
Termination and Cancellation
We may terminate or cancel your eDigiCash account at any time, without
notice, for any reason. If we cancel your account for good cause, you will not be entitled to a
refund of any prepaid amounts. If we cancel your account without good cause, your sole remedy will
be that you will be entitled to a refund of prepaid amounts. Cancellation is your sole remedy with
respect to any dispute with us.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Customer agrees to use the Service provided by SoftPark Technologies at
Customer's own risk.
The Service provided under this agreement is provided on an AS IS, AS AVAILABLE basis. Except as
expressly provided herein, SoftPark Technologies and its owners, directors,
employees, affiliates, agents, vendors, and the like, make no warranty in connection with
eDigiCash service and/or software, whether written or oral, statutory,
express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. SoftPark Technologies makes no warranties that the services will not be
interrupted or error free.
No oral advice or written information given by any SoftPark Technologies' person,
will create a warranty; nor may you rely on any such information or advice.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall SoftPark Technologies,
its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, vendors, and the like, be liable for any lost
profits, lost business, lost data or direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
that result from the use or inability to use eDigiCash service, even if
SoftPark Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Customer agrees that its sole and exclusive remedy shall be return or reduction of fees payable to
SoftPark Technologies.
