1. What is eDigiCash and why do I need it?
In short, eDigiCash is an e-Currencies Payment Gateway which allows web sites to
instantly accept a broad range of payment methods without having to code and
maintain the corresponding interfaces. Offering several payment options is the
easiest and cheapest way to increase your sales while saving a lot of money in
programming costs.

2. Do I need special software to use eDigiCash?
eDigiCash runs entirely on our servers. All you have to do is to integrate a standard
form in your Payment page to redirect the buyer to the eDigiCash gateway. Additionally,
you can integrate a script to be instantly notified when payments have been successfully
processed. This is the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) option.

3. Which browsers are supported?
eDigiCash works with the current versions of all major browsers (MS-Internet Explorer,
Netscape, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, etc.). The browser should be configured to accept
JavaScript and session cookies.

5. How much does it cost to use eDigiCash?
If you execute up to 10 transactions per month, you can use eDigiCash free of charge!
If you execute more than 10 transactions per month, you only pay $ 6.00 / month (with the
yearly subscription) for an unlimited number of transactions. In both cases, you can use as
many payment options as you want. No restriction, no hidden fees. For more information,

6. What is a transaction?
With "transaction", we mean a successful payment. We don't count canceled payments.

7. How long does it take to get paid?
You get paid immediately. Payments processed by eDigiCash are directly transferred to
YOUR accounts.

8. Is my personal information safe with you?
Your personal information is only used to maintain your account. Account Holder Information
is processed and stored in a secure database. We never give, rent or sell Account Holder Information.

9. How can eDigiCash help against fraud?
eDigiCash always use the best available security options when communicating with a given
Payment System. For example, MD5 or SHA1 digests are always verified when available. If
the selected Payment System supports PGP encryption and signature (e-bullion, Pecunix),
these features are used to validate the postback requests.
Additionally, fields such as amount, currency, order identification, etc. are always compared
with the original request to make sure that the eDigiCash system doesn't process faked
messages.
